Returns will only accept goods for CREDIT OR REFUND respecting RMA procedure (Return Merchandise Authorization). The procedure is detailed bellow.

All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All freight charges must be prepaid on returns and insured for your protection. Any parts accepted for credit must be in new condition and in the original PACKAGING. Shipping cost is NOT refundable unless was at fault.

All returns will be credited to your parts account for the amount paid. For special order products a 20% restocking fee will apply. (see bellow)

Special order products

Special order products are items that we not keep in stock as regular basis and are ordered specially for you from another distributor. You will be informed about delivery time and return conditions for these products. These items are returnable with a 20% restocking fee unless was at fault.  

Electrical items, tools and manuals are not returnable.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure:

Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
Select the order from which you want to return an item.
Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
(optional) Add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.

Once the form is complete,  click on "Make an RMA slip", and the request is sent to the store. The request appears as "Waiting for confirmation" in the customer's "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from the account page.

The refund process can take several steps, which are indicated by the RMA status, bellow and time of answer:

1. Waiting for confirmation. (usually in 2-3 days)
2. Waiting for package. (when customer announce s/he sent the package)

Please send the packaging along with the parts with oem label for returned items. You should use cheapest method of shipping (with insurance or not depending of the value of the goods).

3. Package received.(in 1-2 days from the date of receiving the package)

 After we receive the returned items, if they are in good condtions with all packaging and not used you will be refunded in 10 days.

4. Return completed. / Return denied. (in the same day as "Package received" status)

There are cases when return shipping are greater than value of the goods; in these cases we can choose to refund you without the need to return the parts. All problems should be reported by email to or by phone: +40 723 295 254
