Shipments and returns
Shipping: Unless specified, all orders will be shipped by International Mail Service, priority air or ground service or GLS/DPD Courier. Another shipping service is available at extra charge, and must be requested when order is placed (TNT Express). Some orders could be subject to a handling fee - and customer will informed in the invoice if this fee applies. From the date of shipping we have no control of carriers and therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Time of shipping depends on customer country and local Post Courier (or chosen courier) and is only estimate by us.
Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. You must keep the original shipping box and shipping label to make a claim, claims without this will not be approved. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within THREE days of receipt of goods. We don't ship to temporary addresses or third persons / companies as intermediary. In case of a return package no shipping cost will be refunded.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
