Parts availability: Parts are delivered from our stock or from other distributors stock. 

Availability for shipping within 6-12 working days: For parts not on stock a general ”6-12 working days” availability applies. If longer term is required for restocking, the customer will be informed. We will honor sale prices or prices at the time of the original order. Saturday and Sunday does not count as well as other Holidays.

Shipping: Unless specified, all orders will be shipped by International Mail Service, priority air or ground service or DPD Courier. Another shipping service is available at extra charge, and must be requested when order is placed (TNT /Fedex Express). Some orders could be subject to a handling fee - and customer will informed in the invoice if this fee applies. From the date of shipping we have no control of carriers and therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Time of shipping depends on customer country and local Post Courier (or chosen courier) and is only estimate by us.

Payment: We agree PAYPAL and VISA/MASTER CARD as general methods of payment. Also we agree bank swift transfer.

Minimum order: Minimum accepted order is 10 euro without shipping . The customer will be informed about it prior to finalize order.

Partial honored orders: It may happen that one or more items from an order could not be ready for shipping in time due to our suppliers even it were available at the time of the payment. In this case we will inform our customers about delay and let him to choose if those parts will be refunded or wait for restocking or buying from another distributor with different price. 

Items that are available from original order will be send and accepted by customer. Any problem will be discussed and we will try to resolve this cases as best as possible.

Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. You must keep the original shipping box and shipping label to make a claim, claims without this will not be approved. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within THREE days of receipt of goods.

Original Marks: All parts are delivered in original package. We guarantee origin and quality of the parts. No parts will be counterfeit or used sold as new. Some items like screws, washers and some transmissions parts (sometimes other items as well) could be in non branded sealed package but they are also Original Parts. We deliver parts exactly as we received it from distributors with an extra care of protection. CDIs, ECUs and other electronic upgrade-able parts could appear with minor scratches due of this upgrade procedure. The customer will receive pictures at high resolutions in this case, before sending the package. These parts are at the same quality level and are original parts. Every part is sold individually except for the rollers sets, piece slide sets and brake pads sets (or other set type part). The customer must check if ordered quantity is enough for a complete repair. Please ask for information if ordered quantity is not clear.
